Class Description

This class includes conditioning, standing technique, skill building, and phrasework, in a fun, judgement- free space. We will use some ballet and modern terminology, but it’s ok if you don’t know what that is. All are welcome; come sweat and dance with others, to music!

About the Teacher

Nol Simonse (he/him) is a dancer, artist, teacher, and choreographer. He has worked in the Bay Area since 1997, and teaching is one of his greatest joys.

Please pre-register to take a class. The first 30 pre-registered people to show up will get to take class.

What should I bring?
• Danceable clothing that you’re comfortable in!
• Face mask, if desired. Masks are optional in class.
• We recommend taking class barefoot or in socks, some styles in clean sneakers
• Water bottle
