Paying teachers more money!
We’re proud to be currently paying above the “going rate”, but that isn’t good enough. We want to set the standard higher for teacher pay.
The space!
Until we can get our own space, we need to rent it. And although Joe Goode Annex is a wonderful place to host, 2 - 3 hour rental cost adds up real quick.
Continuing to pay our admin and staff!
It takes a village to run a non-profit dance organization, but never at the cost of its people! Everyone who works with and for BOE gets paid…as it should be.
